What you will bring to the role The role will take responsibility for analysing and auditing screening programme data to produce statistics and performance reports, measure key performance indicators and inform service development. The post holder will develop and maintain failsafe processes, covering the full screening cycle to ensure the safe management of patient pathways. Criteria: Educated to Degree level in a business related discipline, or equivalent experience Commitment to undergo training and complete competencies required for the post Degree level in statistics, computer science or mathematics (Desirable) Demonstrable specialist experience of business or data analysis and requirements definition of new systems and/or services to health organisations Ability to deal with technical and business teams and work autonomously on defined project Good reporting, planning and analytical skills, especially as it relates to process management Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team Understanding of technology enabled healthcare delivery (Desirable) Experience of working with electronic record systems (desirable) Ability to analyse processes and present a range of suitable alternatives back to stakeholders (desirable) Experience in training teams / colleagues on new processes (desirable) Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) Analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills A good team player, with the ability to work flexibly in a diverse and demanding environment to meet the evolving needs of the department Diplomatic, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a professional attitude Leadership and motivational skill (desirable) Able to fulfil Occupational Health requirements for the post Willingness to undergo all training requirements necessary for the post Respect the working environment, to be responsible for ones own acts and omissions in relation to Health & Safety Please see the attached job description for further information about this vacancy.
