Data & Analytics Manager Central London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office) Up to £100,000 + Benefits Drive Data Strategy in a High-Growth Consultancy We're partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing consultancy that's looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical delivery with leadership and strategic influence. You'll lead a small team of analytics professionals while remaining actively involved in delivering data solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working directly with senior stakeholders, you'll help organisations unlock the value of their data, shape analytics strategies, and deliver meaningful business insights that drive better decision-making. What You'll Be Doing • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Data & Analytics professionals • Remain hands-on across analytics, reporting, and data transformation projects • Use Python to automate processes, perform advanced analytics, and support data engineering initiatives • Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets • Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau • Develop data preparation and automation workflows using Alteryx • Partner directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into data-driven solutions • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences • Contribute to the company's data strategy, helping shape new service offerings and best practices • Drive continuous improvement across analytics processes, reporting standards, and data governance • Support business development activities by contributing to client proposals and solution design where required What We're Looking For • Proven experience in a Data & Analytics Manager, Analytics Lead, BI Manager, or Senior Data Consultant role • Experience using Python for analytics, automation, or data manipulation • SQL experience • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau • Commercial experience using Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation • Previous experience managing or mentoring a small analytics team • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • A strategic mindset with the ability to align analytics initiatives to business objectives • Experience delivering multiple projects within a consultancy or fast-paced commercial environment is highly desirable Don't Tick Every Box?
