Data Entry Clerk Manchester £25,000 - £30,000 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday Early Finish Every Friday • Luxury Client Base • 25 Days Holiday - Increasing with Length of Service • Half Day Off on Your Birthday • Wellbeing & Health Benefits • Company Pension Contributions The Opportunity UK Staffing Group are recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk to join a growing, specialist business operating within a premium international market. This is not your typical data entry role. You'll become an integral part of the business, maintaining the product database that supports multiple departments and ensures projects are delivered accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Systems Developer and Data Lead, you'll be responsible for maintaining product information, pricing and specifications across the company's bespoke systems. You'll also work collaboratively with internal teams, helping to resolve queries, improve data quality and ensure information remains accurate and up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, takes pride in accuracy and is looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive business. Key Responsibilities • Accurately input and maintain product data across internal systems. • Update pricing, specifications and product information. • Ensure all data is accurate, consistent and up to date. • Identify and resolve data discrepancies. • Support the Systems Developer and Data Lead with ongoing projects. • Work closely with internal departments to resolve data-related queries. • Maintain spreadsheets and databases using advanced Excel functions. • Learn and develop knowledge of the company's bespoke software. • Prioritise multiple tasks whilst working to deadlines. About You We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, analytical and enjoys working with data. You'll ideally have: • Previous experience within Data Entry, Administration or Database Management. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • A methodical and process-driven approach. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Confidence learning new software and systems. • A proactive attitude and willingness to continuously improve processes. Experience with Power Query, SQL, CRM systems or product databases would be advantageous but is not essential.
