Data Executive London - hybrid 2x a week Up to £35,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Executive to join a growing data team within a well-established marketing agency. The role offers hands-on experience across campaign delivery, database management, and reporting, with strong support for learning and progression. It is ideally suited to someone looking to build early professional experience in data, CRM, or marketing environments. The data team plays a central role in supporting multi-channel marketing activity and maintaining a large, bespoke database used by clients. The Role You will support the data function with day-to-day operations and campaign delivery, working closely with senior analysts and the wider team. Responsibilities include: • Building accurate data lists based on campaign briefs • Managing email marketing lists, including exclusions and uploads • Preparing data for direct mail campaigns • Supporting reporting through charts, graphs, and maps • Maintaining and cleansing database records • Managing bounces, unsubscribes, and ongoing data hygiene • Assisting with routine CRM and database administration tasks • Contributing to the improvement of internal data processes Your Skills and Experience You will bring practical experience working with data in a commercial or marketing setting, along with a strong willingness to learn. • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis techniques • Confidence working with large datasets and attention to detail • Experience supporting email marketing or CRM-related activities • Understanding of database management and data cleansing processes • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to work • Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Dotdigital, Mailchimp, or similar is beneficial • Basic SQL or CRM platform experience is advantageous but not essential What They Offer • Competitive salary and hybrid working model • Structured training and development programme • Clear progression opportunities within the data team • Exposure to end-to-end campaign delivery and data operations • Supportive team culture with strong mentoring from senior staff How to Apply If you are looking to develop your career as a Data Executive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, apply now to learn more.
