Programme Manager | Data Delivery | Data Governance | Financial Services | 3 Days Per Week into Central London | £675pd Inside IR35 Method Resourcing has partnered with a highly respected financial services organisation undergoing a significant period of transformation. They are looking to bring in a Programme Manager to support a range of critical data initiatives across the business. The role has a strong focus on data delivery, covering regulatory change, data remediation, data quality, and data platform initiatives. This is a key position within the programme function, supporting senior leadership while also driving delivery across complex workstreams. The role: You will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple data-focused programmes, ensuring delivery plans, dependencies, and risks are effectively managed. You'll also operate as a Delivery Manager on larger initiatives, taking ownership of key projects while supporting the wider programme governance. A key focus will be working closely with senior leadership to bring structure, improve governance, and ensure regular stakeholder alignment across ongoing initiatives. There is also an expectation that you will take ownership of a key programme as it progresses.
