Early Years Educator **Location:** Battersea, London **Contract:** Full-Time, Permanent Inspire a Love of Learning from the Very Beginning We are looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our friendly team at our beautiful primary school in the heart of Battersea. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm and supportive school where children are at the centre of everything we do. As part of our Early Years team, you will help create an inspiring environment that nurtures curiosity, creativity and confidence, giving every child the very best start to their educational journey. The Role As an Early Years Educator, you will: * Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. * Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. * Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues. * Observe, assess and record children's learning and development, using this to inform future planning. * Promote children's independence, wellbeing and confidence through high-quality interactions. * Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver an exceptional Early Years provision. * Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and pastoral care. * Contribute positively to the wider life of the school. We Are Looking For Someone Who: * Holds a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above). * Has experience working in an Early Years setting. * Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. * Is warm, nurturing and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for early childhood education. * Is an excellent team player with strong communication and organisational skills. * Is committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for every child.
