You will own delivery across Agile squads, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, to quality, and aligned to business value. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving delivery excellence across technology and business change programmes. Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional squads (Scrum / Agile) • Own planning, prioritisation, dependencies, and roadmaps • Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations • Ensure delivery meets agreed quality and acceptance criteria • Align stakeholders across business, product, and engineering • Remove blockers and enable high-performing teams • Drive reporting, transparency, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For • 5+ years' delivery experience in tech, digital, or transformation roles • Strong Agile / Scrum delivery background • Experience managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders • Track record of delivering outcomes on time and within constraints • Experience with Jira and Agile governance (desirable) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join?A chance to play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation within a leading investment business, working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
