Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Scrum and Kanban events.
• Guide teams through the full product delivery lifecycle.
• Break down complex challenges into manageable deliverables for delivery teams.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and blockers.
• Act as the team's servant leader, removing obstacles and enabling delivery success.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Use delivery metrics, KPIs, velocity tracking, and trend analysis to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of learning, feedback, and iterative improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
• Strong experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management, or Application Delivery Management.
• Approximately 10-15+ years' relevant experience in delivering technology or digital programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience using delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to prioritise and negotiate backlog items to maximise user value and delivery outcomes.

• Understanding of GDS (Government Digital Service) standards and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience within Central Government or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of case management/caseworking environments.
• Exposure to Pega would be advantageous.
Why Apply?
• Competitive salary of £75,000-£80,000
• Flexible hybrid working arrangement
• Opportunity to work on meaningful digital services that impact UK citizens
• Collaborative Agile environment with multidisciplinary teams
• Long-term permanent career opportunity
Candidates with active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance are strongly encouraged to apply.
