The kitchen serves modern British gastro cuisine with a creative twist, using seasonal and locally sourced produce. You will be working within a small, professional brigade of 5 chefs, producing high-quality dishes in a supportive and well-run kitchen. This role is ideal for a strong Commis Chef ready to step up or an existing Demi Chef de Partie looking to progress in a quality environment.
