Dental Receptionist SA Smile Clinic – Pollokshields G41 We are a busy, friendly dental practice located in the heart of Pollokshields offering both NHS and private treatments. We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming and professional team. This role is ideal for an experienced dental receptionist or a dental nurse looking to transition into a front-of-house position. Working Hours Monday – Thursday : 8:45am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:45am – 4:00pm No weekends About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent patient experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Key Responsibilities * Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional service * Managing appointment bookings and patient queries * Handling phone calls and correspondence * Maintaining accurate patient records using SOE / Exact software * Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks * Ensuring the reception area is organised and presentable Requirements * Previous experience in a dental environment * Familiarity with SOE / Exact software (desirable) * Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Reliable with excellent timekeeping * A positive, team-focused attitude What We’re Looking For We are seeking a warm, welcoming individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.
