Job description

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Slough! We're looking to recruit a Deployment Consultant to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Aviation Service Delivery Team! The Aviation Service Delivery Team work across the full staffing journey, from the start of a candidate’s recruitment process through to engaging with clients and candidates, managing staffing requirements and ensuring seamless workforce deployment. This role is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working either Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday on a rota basis. Shifts times are 08:30–17:30 and 10:00–19:00. This is a fixed term contract until December 2026. What's a Deployment Consultant? As a Deployment Consultant you’ll be managing the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites, working directly with clients, site managers, and candidates. You’ll be supporting in recruitment processes and completing vetting and compliance procedures in-line with client requirements. You'll be: • Managing recruitment and screening processes • Checking ID and ETW documents against client requirements • Managing our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp • Handling incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers • Managing shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements • Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group What are we looking for?
