Job description

Location: South East London Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Full Time - Permanent Ready for your next step Deputy Manager, Children's Residential Home, EBD, safeguarding, leadership, residential childcare and Ofsted. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children's residential home in South East London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive provider where you can develop your leadership skills, make a genuine difference to young people's lives and progress your career towards Registered Manager level. The Role • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home • Lead and motivate the staff team • Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care • Conduct staff supervision and support development • Deputise in the Manager's absence • Promote positive outcomes for children and young people Requirements Experience within a children's residential setting Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong safeguarding knowledge Passion for achieving positive outcomes for young people Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification desirable What's On Offer?
