Deputy Manager - Supported Accommodation Hours: 24 - 32 hours per week ( 3 - 4 days a week) Salary: £160 - £185 a day (DOE) Location: Derby, Derbyshire Are you an experienced 16+ Supported Accommodation professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate and committed part time Deputy Manager to join our organisation and support the delivery of outstanding care. The role is based in Derby, however the client has a service in Stoke and therefore the successful candidate must be prepared to work across both sites to suit business needs. About the Role As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the best possible care for young people. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting and supervising staff teams • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards • Promoting a safe, structured, and child-focused environment • Contributing to care planning and development of young people • Deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager What We’re Looking For • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supported accommodation • At least 1 year of experience supervising staff • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding • Level 3 in Residential Childcare (required) • Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards) • Full UK driving licence
