We are delighted to be partnering with Harris Lowe Academy Willesden, a proud member of the prestigious Harris Federation, to recruit a dedicated and impactful Deputy SENDCo / Behaviour Support Officer. The RoleAs a Deputy SENDCo / Behaviour Support Officer, you will be a vital pillar in the school's inclusion and student support teams. Working hand-in-hand with the SENDCo and the wider pastoral network, you will design and implement effective behaviour support strategies, mentor vulnerable students, and ensure that children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) have the tools they need to succeed.
