Deputy Shift ManagerSalary: £59,000 + Overtime (£1,000–£2,000 on top) + Pension Location: Coalville Shifts: 4's and 5's days and nights About the Role A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by a strong Deputy Shift Manager / Lead Engineer has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state-of-the-art, fully automated, fast-paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it's a great place to work for any Deputy Shift Manager who wants to develop their career both technically and/or into management. The duties will involve about 70% of hands on maintenance work within a fully automated site and 30% of leading the shift, mentoring, delegating work load and generally stepping in when the manager is not there. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Deputy Shift Manager • Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. • Some form of leadership (lead engineer is perfect) • Level 3 engineering qualification Requirements for the Deputy Shift Manager • Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience. • Lead experience • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
