Job description

Lead the Digital Enablement function, identifying and implementing opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks. Manage the transformation of the current Corporate IT service to a modern digital service which enables enhanced collaboration and maximise the value of existing digital investments. Deploy and optimise AI assistants to support staff with research, analysis, reporting, drafting, and coproduction of outputs. Improve the organisations digital working environment, ensuring staff have the tools, skills, and confidence to work efficiently and collaboratively. Develop a digitallyenabled culture that supports new ways of working, maximises productivity, and enables the workforce to deliver highquality outcomes. Assess organisational processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI support. Evaluate AI and automation solutions, balancing benefit, risk, feasibility, and staff impact. Interpret digital usage data and productivity insights to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement. Planning and organisation.
