Role: Digital Marketing Executive - Bradford Salary: £27,500 Hours: 08:30am- 5pm Monday to Friday Benefits: • Pension • Healthcare scheme • 33 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays) – adjusted pro rata for 3-day week • Flexible hybrid working (home and office-based). We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact campaigns across our recruitment and training brands. This role has been newly created to support our ongoing growth. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop quickly, gain hands-on experience across multiple channels, and make a measurable impact in a commercially focused environment. The Role Working with all members of the Marketing team, this role involves a full digital marketing mix across both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll work across multiple products, supporting campaign delivery, contributing new ideas, and progressively taking ownership of key marketing activity as you develop. Responsibilities: Content & Campaign Delivery • Create engaging written, visual and video content tailored to specific audiences • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns Social & Email Marketing • Plan, create and schedule social media content across key platforms • Build, deliver and optimise targeted email marketing campaigns Paid Media & Website Performance • Support the management and optimisation of PPC campaigns • Create and manage paid social ads • Assist with website optimisation, including user experience, SEO/GEO, content and conversion Data & Optimisation • Monitor key metrics and use data insights to improve results Collaboration • Work closely with internal colleagues and external agency partners to deliver marketing activity Skills and Qualifications: • At least one year’s experience, working across key digital marketing channels • Creative, with strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Commercially minded and analytical, able to use data to improve performance • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn Desirable • Knowledge of PPC advertising, paid social and SEO • Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing tools • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
