Job description

Proximity Recruitment is searching for a talented for a Digital Marketing Executive (circa £30,000 + Benefits) with experience & an understanding of SEO, PPC, and Paid Social to join an international marketing team. The role is 4 days a week from the offices in Oxfordshire, 1 day a week from home. The firm is looking for someone on the upward curve of their career with a base of experience to develop, learn & grow within the role. The successful Digital Marketing Executive will lead PPC and SEO activity across multiple brands, driving online visibility, traffic, and lead generation in the UK and Global markets. Reporting to a supportive & experienced Head of Marketing, you'll develop and execute data-driven digital strategies, manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube, and continually optimise performance through testing, analytics, and competitor insights. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. • Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic. • Conducting keyword research, performance analysis, A/B testing, and budget optimisation. • Monitoring campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz. • Collaborating with content and marketing teams to deliver SEO-focused content. • Staying ahead of digital marketing trends and identifying new growth opportunities. • Producing performance reports and competitor analysis to inform strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on & commercially minded digital marketer to support the growth of a global business. A drivers licence is also essential for the role.
