Job description
This is the kind of opportunity people often wish they'd found earlier in their careers.
You'll be trusted with meaningful work, encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table, and given the chance to learn from experienced professionals who are genuinely invested in helping people develop.
The role
You'll join a business operating in one of the UK's most important & fast-changing sectors, gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing disciplines rather than being siloed into one area. It's for someone who loves the science of digital marketing & wants to develop their skills across email, CRM, SEO, content, social media, website management, and campaign performance.
What makes it’s different is the environment you'll be joining. You'll be surrounded by talented marketers, commercial thinkers and industry experts who are genuinely passionate about what they do. If you're the type of person who loves learning from smart people, asking questions and pushing yourself to improve, you'll find plenty of opportunities here.
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll help deliver campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and grow brand awareness. One day could see you creating email campaigns, the next analysing performance data, updating website content or helping launch social media activity.
It's a varied role that offers exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing rather than boxing you into one specialism.
What we’re after
It’s ideal for someone who has most likely has a minimum 18 months under their belt & has a good handle on most digital channels & campaign performance.
We're looking for someone that comes with a good understanding of email marketing, CRM systems, website management, paid advertising, social media and campaign delivery. Plus, the ability to support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness activity through practical digital execution.
It’s also important that you are able to create clear, accurate and brand-aligned content for different channels & audiences, and adapt copy and content for email, web, social and advertising channels. Experience in B2B marketing, agriculture, energy, consultancy, utilities, sustainability or professional services would be handy, but not essential.
What’s on offer
If you're looking for a role where you can build your skills, broaden your experience and accelerate your career, it’s well worth a shot.
Alongside a salary of £32,000, you'll benefit from hybrid working (2 days in), excellent benefits and, perhaps most importantly, the chance to build your career within a sector that's evolving rapidly and making a real difference.
