Digital Photoshop Artist • Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 • Location: Knaresborough • Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Photoshop Artist to join our client's creative team and produce high-quality imagery for a luxury soft-toy brand. In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, photographers, and other creatives to bring charming character scenes to life through imaginative digital artistry. Day-to-day of the role: • Create dynamic, high-quality scenes featuring soft-toy characters. • Source or generate realistic background images, including using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney. • Collaborate with photographers to ensure character poses and lighting match seamlessly with intended environments. • Retouch and refine soft-toy characters in Photoshop, integrating them into scenes with appropriate (digitally created) props, textures, lighting effects, and environmental details. • Maintain visual consistency and high production standards across all imagery. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Advanced Photoshop skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work. • Strong artistic sensibility and attention to detail. • Excellent understanding of composition, perspective, light, and shadow. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate. Desirable Skills: • Experience posing CGI (3D) characters in 3DS Max. • A full driving licence.
