Job description

The successful postholder will project manage one specific IT project or IT work streams which is part of a programme, helping to develop the project/work stream business case and/or scoping and requirements and ensuring that the outputs specified in the scoping are delivered on time and to specification. You will keep the relevant Programme or Project Board aware of progress and risks (escalating as appropriate). The postholder will ensure the Trusts project management framework is fully utilised and that the planning, monitoring and governance of the project are carried out in line with relevant Trust policies and procedures, raising any concerns to the programme manager in a timely manner. In addition to this the postholder will establish and sustain effective arrangements to plan, manage and monitor the outputs of any work streams that underpin the project, ensuring that they deliver the required outputs to the agreed specification and deadlines.
