The Hepatology Team at UHS are recruiting a full time substantive Band 4 Digital Support Worker . The post involves working with the digital platform My Medical Record to monitor patients with liver disease and their surveillance so as to promote patient engagement and safe and timely care . You will work alongside another Digital Support Worker and be part of the Hepatology Multi Disciplinary team .
