Role Overview The successful candidate will take ownership of developing and executing targeted direct marketing campaigns that inspire action and foster long-term supporter relationships. They will play a crucial role in enhancing the charity’s outreach and fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities • Design, plan, and implement direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including mail, email, and digital platforms. • Analyse campaign performance data to optimise messaging and maximise engagement. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content aligned with organisational goals. • Manage supporter segmentation to ensure personalised messaging and improved campaign results. • Maintain compliance with data protection regulations whilst executing marketing activities. • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to reach audiences effectively. Person Specification • Experience in leading direct marketing campaigns within the charity or non-profit sector. • Strong understanding / experience working with traditional marketing materials such as, Print or Mail. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools. • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A passion for supporting charitable causes and driving positive social impact.
