Job description

Tristonenash are working with a provider of affordable housing, to assist them with the recruitment of their new Director of Assets and Maintenance to join the Senior Management Team and lead how the organisation invest in, manage and maintain their homes. This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping strategy, ensuring compliance and driving high-performing, resident-focused services across asset management, repairs and maintenance. You will work closely with the Executive Team and Board, leading a large, multi-disciplinary service and delivering transformation through data, innovation and strong commercial leadership.
