Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will step away from micro-managing postcodes and instead focus on high-level strategy, scale, and commercial growth. • ?Lead the Charge: Provide inspiring leadership and direct management to Branch Managers and Heads of Property Management. • ?Run the Blueprint: Standardise and roll out core systems and processes across regional teams to keep the business sharp, scalable, and high-performing. • ?Own the Numbers: Drive financial performance for the division-finding smart ways to boost revenue, improve margins, and create long-term value. • ?Grow the Footprint: Support exciting growth and acquisition activity by smoothly onboarding new portfolios and teams into the business model. • ?Keep it Tight: Maintain robust oversight to ensure absolute compliance with RICS, ARMA-Q, and Landlord & Tenant legislation. ??What We're Looking For We need an accomplished operational leader who thrives on autonomy, loves solving complex puzzles, and knows how to hit strategic targets. • ?Active Membership of the IRPM?/TPI (MIRPM/?
