The Dispensary Hatch Assistant is responsible for providing a professional, efficient and friendly service to patients collecting their prescribed medication from the practice dispensary. Working as part of the dispensary team, the post holder will ensure medications are issued safely and accurately, maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the dispensary.
