The RoleAs the Dispensing Optician, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey while using your expertise to provide tailored dispensing solutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing expert dispensing advice on premium frames and lenses • Styling patients with luxury eyewear suited to their lifestyle and personality • Taking accurate measurements and ensuring exceptional fitting and comfort • Recommending lens options and optical solutions based on individual visual requirements • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire patient journey • Carrying out adjustments, repairs and aftercare to the highest standard • Working closely alongside the Optometrist to provide seamless patient care • Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the boutique • Contributing ideas to continually enhance the patient experience and practice performance About YouWe're looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician who is passionate about delivering an exceptional level of care and enjoys working within a luxury boutique environment.
