This is a long-term opportunity, and candidates can be considered on either a self-employed basis, paid directly by the contractor, or as a permanent employee. Salary / Rate: • £16 - £20ph (self-employed) • £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (permanent) This is a full-time, site-based role, working 8:00am to 6:00pm. The role will be based in Central London, with excellent access to a range of Underground and Overground stations. Requirements • Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry. • Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS), such as Asite, Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms. • Experience working for a contractor or construction-related business is essential. • Candidates with both site-based and head office document control experience will be considered. Additional Responsibilities Whilst this is primarily a document control position, there may be occasions where you are required to provide wider administrative support to the project team. This may include: • Processing timesheets • Raising and updating purchase orders • Ordering stationery and site equipment • Providing general administrative assistance to the project team as required As such, a flexible, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team are essential. Interviews will take place face to face w/c 20th July, with a start data ASAP after that. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work and the chance to play a key role in the successful delivery of major construction projects across London.
