Job DescriptionField Based £35,000 per annum + Target-Based Commission Permanent | Full Time Are you a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) looking for a varied field-based role with excellent career development opportunities? At Vibrant Energy Matters, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your DEA expertise with a variety of property assessment services, with full training provided where required. What You'll Be Doing • Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties. • Completing inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided). • Undertaking property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments. • Completing independent energy audits. • Producing accurate, high-quality reports using iPad-based software. • Submitting reports on a right-first-time basis, meeting client Service Level Agreements. • Delivering excellent customer service while building strong client relationships. • Meeting daily productivity and quality targets. • Attending training and embracing new products and services as the business grows. What We're Looking For • Essential: Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). • Previous experience producing EPCs. • Full UK Driving Licence. • Access to your own vehicle with business insurance. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong IT skills. • Well organised with the ability to work independently. • Flexible and adaptable approach to work. • Professional, trustworthy and respectful when working in customers' homes. • Commitment to continuous personal development.
