Join Liberty – Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer Location: Medway, Kent and surrounding areas Job Type: Permanent / Price Work Salary: OTE up to £65,000+ per annum Benefits: Company van, fuel card, testing equipment, and PPE provided About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join our growing team covering the Medway area of Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out annual gas safety inspections, servicing, breakdown diagnostics, and repairs within domestic properties, delivering a high standard of customer service and technical expertise. This is a price-per-job role with a basic salary , offering excellent earning potential for engineers who are efficient, customer-focused, and committed to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities • Carry out annual gas safety checks and servicing of domestic gas appliances. • Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on gas heating systems and appliances. • Complete all necessary paperwork and electronic job records accurately. • Ensure all works are completed in accordance with Gas Safe regulations and company procedures. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with residents. • Manage allocated workload efficiently to maximise earning potential. What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications & Experience • Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 as a minimum). • Valid Gas Safe Registration. • Proven experience within domestic gas servicing and repairs. • Full UK driving licence. • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and manage own workload. Desirable • Experience working within social housing. • Experience using handheld PDA/mobile working systems.
