Dutch Speaking Senior Account Manager Salary: Circa £55,000 per year + benefits | Flexible Hybrid/Remote (South London / Purley) Location: 3 days office / 2 days home Ideally hybrid based in South London/Purley, however remote working can be considered for the right candidate, provided they are willing to attend the office as and when required. Job Summary We are partnering with a fast-growing global FMCG packaging, artwork and brand implementation agency based in South London, currently expanding across European retail markets. As part of this growth, they are hiring a Dutch-speaking Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a flagship European retail account, managing the delivery of complex FMCG packaging, artwork production and retail packaging programmes for major grocery and consumer goods brands. This is a senior client-facing role where you will act as the key contact for a major Dutch-speaking European retailer, leading end-to-end packaging artwork workflows, multi-SKU rollouts and packaging production projects, while working closely with creative, artwork and production teams. This role is ideal for an experienced FMCG Account Manager, Packaging Account Manager or Client Services Manager with Dutch language skills looking for a high-ownership role within an international packaging agency. Key Responsibilities • Manage a major Dutch-speaking European FMCG retail account day to day • Lead end-to-end FMCG packaging and artwork projects • Oversee large-scale SKU rollouts (100–200+ SKUs) across retail categories • Coordinate packaging artwork workflows and production timelines • Work closely with creative, artwork, studio and production teams • Ensure packaging assets are accurate, compliant and delivered on time • Act as main point of contact for Dutch-speaking senior client stakeholders • Manage budgets, timelines and project reporting • Conduct category reviews and market insight analysis • Support onboarding of new European retail clients • Ensure high-quality delivery across all packaging and artwork outputs About You We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Account Manager who is fluent in Dutch and English, and thrives in a fast-paced FMCG packaging or creative agency environment.
