Job description

Your new company This is a nationally recognised health and research organisation using cutting-edge technology, data and digital platforms to support life-changing programmes with real-world societal impact. The organisation is investing heavily in modernising its Microsoft ecosystem to support operational and customer-facing services. Your new role You will be the technical lead and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform area. This is a hands-on engineering and development position where you will have ownership of solution design, development, implementation and ongoing platform evolution. You will work closely with product teams, architects, business stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions that support key organisational services and workflows. What you'll need to succeed • Extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. • Strong Power Platform expertise including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. • Experience developing custom components using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF). • Strong JavaScript development skills. • Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular or TypeScript. • Experience building integrations, custom connectors and automation solutions. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security models and platform capabilities. • Experience working with SharePoint Online and Power BI. • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Desirable experience • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly PL-600. • Experience operating within highly regulated or data-sensitive environments. • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with AWS-hosted services. • Knowledge of enterprise-scale ALM and environment management practices.
