Dynamics 365 System Configurator - London (Remote) - c£60K A leading organisation is looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 System Configurator to play a key role in the ongoing optimisation and configuration of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative technology team, where you'll work closely with the System Owner, business stakeholders and developers to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 configurations. Key Responsibilities • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Finance & Operations • Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows and automated processes • Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, business rules and reports to improve user experience and operational efficiency • Support data imports, exports and migration activities while maintaining data quality and integrity • Collaborate with business users, developers and functional consultants to deliver effective, configuration-led solutions • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assess configuration impacts and prepare changes for release Skills & Experience • Proven experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Finance & Operations • Strong understanding of CRM, ERP and business process optimisation • Experience configuring Power Automate, Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform technologies • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security roles, data management and reporting capabilities • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills
