Job description

Early Careers & Development Coordinator Join a high-performing HR team as an Early Careers & Development Coordinator and help shape the next generation of legal talent. From recruitment and vacation schemes to onboarding, SQE training and trainee development, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional early careers experience. What’s On Offer: • Salary to £45,000 + generous employee benefits • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) • Fantastic wellbeing packages including on-site gym • City Thameslink / Blackfriars / Chancery Lane Early Careers & Development Coordinator – What You’ll Be Doing: • Support the delivery of the firm's Early Careers strategy, helping to attract, recruit and develop future legal talent • Coordinate recruitment campaigns for trainee associates, solicitor apprentices and vacation scheme students, from attraction through to offer and onboarding • Organise and deliver a range of recruitment events, university outreach initiatives, networking opportunities and vacation schemes • Build and maintain relationships with universities, diversity partners and key internal stakeholders to enhance the firm's employer brand • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including compliance, right to work checks, visa coordination and law school registrations • Act as a key point of contact for trainees, apprentices and future joiners, ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience • Support the delivery of trainee development programmes, including inductions, seat rotations, appraisals, SQE administration and qualification processes • Coordinate payroll, grants, expenses and maintain accurate Early Careers records and reporting • Contribute to the firm's Early Careers marketing initiatives, including social media content and employer branding activities Early Careers & Development Coordinator – What We’re Looking For: • An ambitious Early Careers Assistant ready to step up into a Coordinator position, or an existing Early Careers Coordinator from a smaller law firm looking to broaden their experience within a leading US law firm • Willingness to learn, grow and develop • Able to work in a team environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communication with individuals at all levels
