Early Years Assessor • Location: West London • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time • Hourly Rate: £35 to £40 We are seeking a skilled Early Years Assessor to join our client's team. This role involves assessing T Level learners through a mix of work and college-based assessments. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in early years assessment and must hold an AM1 Assessing qualification. Day-to-day of the role: • Conduct assessments for T Level learners in both work and college settings. • Ensure assessments are carried out in line with current educational standards and practices. • Provide detailed feedback to learners to aid their development and understanding. • Maintain accurate records of assessments and learner progress. • Collaborate with other educational staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Early Years Assessor. • Must hold an AM1 Assessing qualification. • Strong understanding of the current educational assessment standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet assessment deadlines.
