Early Years Educator - Full Time - Islington £119-£130 per day (PAYE) | September 2026 Start SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the heart of Islington, who are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join their EYFS team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is committed to supporting children at a crucial stage of their development within a nurturing, engaging and well-resourced environment. The Role: • Full-time position, Monday to Friday • Hours: 08:30am - 4:00pm (shift patterns: ) • Start Date: September 2026 • Daily Rate: £119-£130 PAYE (depending on experience, qualifications) You will play a key role in supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a positive, stimulating environment where all pupils can thrive. About You: • Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent/higher in Early Years) • Have previous experience in a nursery or primary school setting • Strong knowledge and experience within EYFS • Confident supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and speech & language needs • Proactive, nurturing and able to use initiative in a busy classroom • Passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years provision Key Responsibilities: • Supporting children's learning and development across the EYFS curriculum • Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities • Supporting smooth transition into Reception • Delivering a mix of play-based and structured learning • Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents • Observing, tracking and recording children's progress • Promoting positive behaviour and social development • Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment About the School: This Islington primary school prides itself on its inclusive, nurturing ethos and strong sense of community.
