We are currently seeking enthusiastic Early Years Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nursery settings across Bristol. About the RoleAs an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within high-quality nursery settings. You'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework. • Support children's learning through play and planned activities. • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. • Observe and record children's development and achievements. • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times. • Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. • Support children's emotional, social, and physical development. Requirements • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. • Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. • Must have access to your own transport and be willing to travel to nursery settings across Bristol and surrounding areas. • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is mandatory, or you must be willing to obtain one through Prospero. • A minimum of 24 months' referencing history is required. • Paediatric First Aid certification is mandatory.
