The RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will: • Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years. • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. • Monitor and record children's progress and achievements. • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. • Support children's personal, social, and emotional development. The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who: • Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential). • Has previous experience working within an early years setting. • Has a sound understanding of the EYFS framework. • Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting young children's development. • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
