Core Responsibilities In your role as an Early Years Teacher, you will guide children through their crucial early developmental steps: • EYFS Delivery: Design and implement child-led activities that foster communication, emotional growth, and physical development. • Continuous Provision: Maintain a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment within a dynamic Birkenhead setting. • Progress Tracking: Conduct regular formative assessments to monitor baseline progress and support individual learning journeys. • Parental Engagement: Build warm, collaborative relationships with families to ensure smooth transitions into primary education. Who We Are Looking For • Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent early years teaching credential. • Specialist experience as an Early Years Teacher with thorough knowledge of EYFS statutory frameworks. • A strong commitment to child-centered learning and ongoing professional education and training. • An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one through Academics).
