Operational leadership: Manage daytoday EBME service delivery, prioritise work and maintain equipment availability. Performance management: Monitor and report KPIs, implement corrective actions to meet service and compliance targets. Maintenance and repairs: Plan and deliver PPM, repair, and servicing programmes in line with MHRA and Trust requirements. Project delivery: Lead equipment replacement, and EBME projects to time, quality and budget. Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, MHRA guidance, CQC standards, and Trust policies. Risk and governance: Maintain workshops and equipment libraries; manage risks and respond to incidents, audits, and inspections. Financial oversight: Control maintenance expenditure, support procurement decisions, and ensure costeffective resource utilisation. People leadership: Provide professional leadership, mentorship, and development to the EBME team, promoting continuous improvement, safe working practices, and highquality service delivery aligned with MHRA and CQC standards.
