Job description

Purpose This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team that is expanding in North America. Premier Foods is one of the largest food manufacturing companies in the UK and is expanding its presence of their beloved brands in North America. In this role you will have the opportunity to help build the North American business working closely with a small agile team, while being backed by a large FMCG business. The ECommerce Manager will support Premier Foods’ North America commercial teams across Grocery and Bakery channels. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of customer onboarding, item setup, product data governance, and promotional operations across key retail and eCommerce customers including Amazon, Walmart, and major national accounts. Please note the Sales Ops team will be based in Chicago with meetings taking place in this area, therefore the role cannot be done remotely. What you'll be doing • Own set up and maintenance of all customer item data across retailer and distributor portals including Amazon, Walmart Retail Link, Syndigo/1WorldSync, GS1, and other customer specific systems. • Lead the onboarding and activation of new SKUs, ensuring all product content, imagery, specifications, pricing, dimensions, case pack information, compliance documentation, and marketing assets are submitted accurately and on time. • Monitor and maintain ongoing item integrity across customer platforms, proactively identifying and resolving setup errors, content gaps, and system discrepancies. • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all customer data remains current, compliant, and aligned across systems and channels. • Maintain customer documentation such as insurance certifications, FDA documentation, and food safety certifications. • Oversee customer-side promotional setup, validating mechanics, timelines, and internal alignment. • Coordinate sample requests, imagery needs, and stock management for NPD and ongoing SKUs at IMT. • Lead trade show administration including booth booking, logistics, samples, and follow-up actions. • Partner with Marketing to brief and approve trade show design requirements. • Support Sales with data analysis, customer reporting, insight generation as well as general administration and travel support. What we'll need from you • Proven experience managing new item setup, retailer onboarding, and customer portal maintenance for major retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, Kroger, or similar accounts. • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, Syndigo, GS1, customer portals, and product information management systems. • 3+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or related roles (CPG preferred). • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple customers, tasks, and systems. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
