Macildowie are working exclusively with this growing client based in the East Midlands to recruit an Ecommerce Manager. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire Working Pattern: Full-time, Office-Based Type: Permanent This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce professional to take ownership of a growing online sales operation across both direct-to-consumer channels and major UK marketplaces. Working within a collaborative commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end ecommerce journey, ensuring online platforms are optimised, performing effectively and delivering a first-class customer experience. This exciting role offers genuine ownership and the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business, working closely with marketing, category, customer service and operational teams to drive performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the end-to-end ecommerce journey across B2C websites and online marketplaces. • Optimise product listings, content and customer experience to maximise conversion. • Analyse ecommerce performance data and identify opportunities for growth. • Manage and monitor digital and retail media spend. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, accurate content and efficient fulfilment. • Support marketplace relationships and attend occasional industry events and customer meetings. • Drive improvements across ecommerce processes, systems and reporting. About You: • Proven experience managing the full ecommerce customer journey within a B2C environment. • Ideally experience using Linnworks and Virtualstock (highly desirable). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Experience working across online marketplaces and Ecommerce platforms. • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and work across multiple departments. • A proactive mindset with a desire to take ownership and drive improvements.
