Electrical Maintenance Manager Scunthorpe Heavy Industry Salary upto £51k Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading heavy engineering business in Scunthorpe to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical maintenance professional to step into a senior leadership role within a demanding, fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll take ownership of the electrical maintenance function, driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across the site. The Role • Leading, developing and managing the site’s Electrical Maintenance team • Planning and allocating work to ensure maximum efficiency and resource utilisation • Overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance activities • Ensuring high standards of electrical fault-finding, diagnostics and repair • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting site projects and installations • Promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, permits and isolation procedures • Managing performance, KPIs and maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability The PersonWe are keen to speak with experienced electrical maintenance professionals who have: • A strong background as a time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer within heavy industry • Proven leadership or management experience within a maintenance environment • Experience in heavy manufacturing, ideally working with TPM or reliability-focused methodologies • Strong knowledge of safe systems of work, including permits, isolations and risk assessments • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for driving performance and continuous improvement • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead from the front This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established industrial business where you can make a real impact, shape maintenance strategy and develop your team.
