Electrical Service Engineer

The Company Our client is a market leading engineering company and a top employer of choice in the region. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Electrical Service Engineer. The Role • Involves local work and some working away. • Electrical installation work and maintenance. • Also working on multi-core cable, cable tray, containment and test on completion. • Install electrical power distribution equipment and termination of low voltage and cabling • Maintain electrical power distribution equipment. • Systems testing and fault diagnosis. • Perform site risk assessments and assist in producing method statements. • Document test results and produce site work reports. The Person • Must be time served or hold relevant equivalent. • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation. • 18th Edition wiring regulations. • Driving license. • Relevant experience as a service engineer. • Applicants for the position should have proven experience over a wide range of equipment and systems. • Able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships. • Ability to organise and prioritise to meet a wide range of diverse and demanding activities.
