Electrician Basildon, Essex Full Time, Permanent – 40 hours Looking for a stable, permanent role with a leading property services company? We're looking for a qualified Electrician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service to join our repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties in Basildon, Essex. You'll play an important role in helping to keep residents safe by maintaining compliant electrical systems and delivering high-quality repairs across local communities. About the role You'll deliver a high-quality, right first-time service carrying out a variety of electrical repairs, testing, installation and condition reporting works. You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing repairs, carrying out EICRs and inspections, and undertaking installation works while ensuring full compliance with current electrical regulations and company standards. Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you'll use electronic systems to manage and record your work, maintain van stock levels and contribute towards achieving excellent first-time fix rates. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to utilise your electrical expertise while also undertaking basic multi-skilled tasks where required. You'll play an important part in maintaining safe, compliant homes and delivering an exceptional service to residents. About you We're looking for a qualified Electrician who takes pride in delivering quality work, enjoys problem-solving and is committed to providing an excellent service to residents. You'll be confident carrying out electrical repairs, testing, fault finding and installation works while ensuring compliance with current regulations and safety standards.
