KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors. We would like to speak with experienced Electricians, who are looking for an opportunity to train the next generation and come away from the tools. • NO site work – great opportunity to come ‘off the tools’ • NO weekends • Stable, full time permanent employment Starting salary: £40,000 – progressing up to £50,000 Location:Cambridgeshire – Centre/Field based (Must be flexible with travel) Benefits also include: • A generous benefits package, excellent holiday entitlement and more! • Full training and support to achieve a recognised Assessor qualification. • Ongoing training and development. What do you need? • You must be qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic.) • Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrician. • You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. • Must be IT literate. • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Duties: • Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies. • Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources. • Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress. • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. • Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
