The Role You'll be carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installations across occupied residential properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your duties will include: • Electrical testing and inspection • Fault finding and reactive repairs • Full and partial rewires • Kitchen and bathroom electrical installations • Installation of domestic heating controls and systems • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults • Completing emergency call-outs when required • Maintaining accurate job records, including photographs where needed • Following health & safety procedures and safe working practices • Providing excellent customer service while working in residents' homes What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You'll ideally have: • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations • City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Testing & Inspection qualification • Full UK driving licence • Previous experience within social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills • A professional and respectful approach when working in customers' homes A CSCS card is beneficial but not essential. A DBS check will be required before employment.
