Job description

Electronics Design Engineer – Chesterfield £32,000 - £40,000 + great benefits An established and growing client of ours are expanding their Engineering team by hiring a proven Electronics Design Engineer, with a pragmatic and delivery-focused approach to work. They are well-established with more than 30 years in hardware development, and you will be responsible for designing analogue and digital electronic circuits for use in an industrial environment. As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will produce PCB layouts (including multi-layer designs), support prototyping, testing and product validation whilst maintaining documentation in line with ISO 9001 processes. The organisation are part of a large multi-national group with thousands of employees worldwide. This role will be based on-site near Chesterfield to encourage collaboration and in-person interactions. Requirements: • Excellent problem-solving skills • The ability to work as part of a team • Proven experienced of Electronic Design and PCB layout • Experience in electronic fault finding and debugging. • Experience of PCB rework methods. • Lean process methodologies. • Experience of control or industrial systems • Hands-on capabilities Effectively, this role is responsible for contributing to the design and support of world-class products alongside the relevant teams.
