Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer Location: Slough (3 Days On-Site Per Week) Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus & Benefits NOTE: Only candidates with permanent, unrestricted UK working rights will be considered, as visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Overview: Zenovo are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with 2+ Years of Experience to join our client in Slough. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, a successful candidate will contribute to the full product development lifecycle, helping to deliver cutting-edge embedded devices used by customers globally. Job Responsibilities: • Write, develop and maintain embedded software. • Work with customers and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions. • Develop new features and improve existing products. • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues. • Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers on product development. • Write clean, reliable and well-documented code. • Support software testing, validation and release activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Required Skills & Experience: • Experience developing embedded software using C/C++. • Skilled in Embedded Systems Design • Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32 or similar microcontrollers. • Knowledge of RTOS &/or Linux • Experience using Git and CI/CD tools • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Understanding of Software interfacing with Hardware
