Ensure a comprehensive emergency response risk assessment is conducted internally with trust specialists and externally with all relevant stakeholders and supporting agencies. Implementation of comprehensive training for staff at all levels from floor to Board with specialist training for those members of staff with specific roles in the trust emergency response to incidents. Establish the emergency planning function at the trust as a nationally recognized centre of excellence. Manage efficiency and productivity improvements in the delivery of emergency planning and response.
